Question #1: Is this even worth my time and money?

The Health Accelerator Session is worth your time if you want a clear path to achieving your health goals.


The Health Accelerator Session is a free session and you will come out of the session with a clear plan on what steps you should start taking to set you on the path to achieving your health goal.


Question #2: What level of fitness do I have to be in, what if I am a complete couch potato?

Such a great question…

To be honest, it doesn’t matter.


All you need is to be in a state of mind where you are ready for change... whether you have been thinking about this for years, or you just decided today that you want change, it does not matter what level of fitness you are currently in.


As long as you are prepared to do what it takes to achieve your goals I will meet you where you are and work with you to set a plan that is tailored to you and that you are comfortable with ;-)


Question #3: How long will The Health Accelerator Session last?

You’ll have half an hour with me - a good chunk of time, I know!


All you'll need is a paper and pen, and an attitude for change - of course.


You can also schedule the call in YOUR time zone (you’ll see that on the booking page), so hopefully you can find a slot that works perfectly for you.

Question #4: Will this work for a professional woman with a full schedule?

Yes! This call is exclusively for professional women AND stay at home moms. Being a mom and career-oriented myself I know that both have pretty full schedules. So, I have made it easy for you to book a time that works perfectly for you by seeing what my available time slots are on the booking page.


This way you can avoid the hassle of having to go back and forth with me ;-)


Question #5: Can I schedule The Health Accelerator Session in my time zone?

Yes! I work with women all over the world, that’s why these calls are so popular and fill out so quickly!


If the calendar says “closed” that’s because all of the slots are filled up, but if there are spaces left, you’ll be able to choose which time slots are still available in your time zone. That way you can choose what works for you ;-)


Question #6: Do I need anything to prepare?

Just a little bit. I’ll send you through an application form - it’s basically just a questionnaire. That will help both you AND I to prepare for the call, so we can jump straight into the nitty gritty together and not waste time :-)


This application form is a prerequisite of the call, so if I don’t receive it before your scheduled appointment, you won’t receive a link to book your call. It’s unfortunately a sign that you’re not invested in your health, so please take the time to fill out your application form.


Question #7: How long is this opportunity available?

I can’t say an exact time or date. This is only available until all the spots are filled, and you’ll be able to see that when you hit the calendar page to book. But from experience, it won’t be available for long.
